Pencilhouse DOES NOT share either browsing data or personal information shared during the normal course of business with Pencilhouse.

Pencilhouse maintains internal records on patrons during the entire course of their patronage, and for three years after they conclude patronage.  It maintains records on volunteers during the course of their volunteer relationship, and for three years after they conclude this relationship.

Pencilhouse also maintains internal records on donors as it concerns their contributions.

What rights you have over your data

If you are a current or former volunteer, donor, or patron of Pencilhouse, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We do not share donor, patron, volunteer, or website users’ personal information.
